When you purchase one of the ICONIC crystal packages, you get a free 30-minute video consultation with a stylist.

How do I do it?

1- Add a crystal package to your outfit.

2- At checkout, you can reserve a time slot for your consultation.

3- At the checkout. Add images and music that could help the stylist to create your piercing design during your consultation.

4- You will receive an email confirmation of your appointment and a videoconference link to connect to your consultation.

5- On the day of your consultation, connect to the videoconference with the link included in your confirmation email.

6- Once your consultation is complete, we will send you a confirmation request along with the discussed proposal. Once your piercing design is approved, the 5-week countdown begins!

Log into your ICONIC profile and go to your saved projects. Select the project you want to share and click on the share icon at the bottom left of your screen.

*When purchasing a crystal package, the 5-week delay is active following your consultation with the stylist.

ICONIC offers an outstanding after-sales service. If by misfortune your outfit needs some adjustments, ICONIC will reimburse you the totality of the expenses generated by these alterations*.

Returns and refunds  

Cancellation and/or full refund of your order will be granted within 24 hours. After that, your order will be considered confirmed and therefore non-refundable. Postal charges are not refundable. Full refund if the item or any of its components are unavailable.
